Under Article 10, anyone who produces pornographic material with the intention of distributing it through an information technology system may face imprisonment for a term of at least one year and a fine not exceeding BHD 10,000, or either of these penalties.
Anyone who obtains pornographic material for themselves or another person through an information technology system may face imprisonment for a term of at least three months and a fine not exceeding BHD 3,000, or either of these penalties. This penalty is also provided for under Article 10.
